The Real Dentzz Story

Lately there have been a lot of conversations online about — Dentzz, specifically about its reputation, doctors and professionalism. These rumours and conversations are unjust allegations and this blog, by the firm’s official PR agency, sheds light on the truth behind these stories.

In the professional service industry, there will always be customers who are happy and customers who are dissatisfied with the service you provide, no matter how much you try to please them, and that is perfectly alright. It is completely normal for anyone to feel that the service received wasn’t up to their expectations, opinions are after all subjective and Dentzz values each one. The real trouble arises when someone decides to publicise an opinion without ever having availed of the services mentioned. This is exactly why Dentzz needed to communicate its side of the story.
A blog titled “My Horror Story” was recently making the rounds of the blogosphere, it was a scathing and spiteful attack on Dentzz— its doctors, practice and services. Dentzz, tried its best to get in touch with the blogger, however when they set out to cross reference her story they were unable to find her name anywhere on their records! The blogger never availed of treatment at the Delhi Clinic and it turns out, this blogger has never visited any of the Dentzz clinics.

The blogger’s accusations on the blog were critical to Dentzz and they tried their utmost best to resolve this matter with efficiency. As a last resort, they replied on her blog and requested her to share her contact details with them so they could scrutinize the matter and bring it to a satisfactory conclusion. She did not share her details, and to their surprise, the comment was deleted within a short while. This action alone is enough to alert us to the blogger’s malicious intentions, which are not to seek resolution but to malign the hard earned reputation of Dentzz. Here is a screenshot of the deleted comment, for your perusal.

As you can see, Dentzz made every attempt to engage the blogger in an honest and open conversation, one that the blogger was clearly not interested in.
Not just this, the blogger went one step further and deleted every positive and contradicting comment that was posted on the blog. This further reiterates the bloggers intention to deliberately malign Dentzz’s reputation.

In her blog, the blogger has mentioned her conversations with Natasha and treatment by Dr. Sunil Motwani. Here Dentzz would like to assert that Dr. Sunil Motwani and Natasha have never worked with Dentzz at the same time, when Natasha joined the practice, Dr. Motwani had already ceased to work at Dentzz. Such timeline errors further emphasize the baseless nature of the blogger’s allegations towards Dentzz.

Dentzz, prides itself on its commitment to work and the high standards they uphold at their clinics around the world. A global dental care firm, Dentzz has clinics in India and the UAE and has been ranked the no. 1 clinic in Mumbai.
The dentists at Dentzz are some of the best in the world, with international training and accreditation in cosmetic, implant, conventional and preventive dentistry. Dr. Motwani, the dentist mentioned by the blogger, is a graduate of the Maulana Azad Institute of Dental Sciences, one of the most premier dental institutions of the country.

With over 10 years in the dental care industry, Dentzz has carved a reputation with utmost care and dedication to the practice of dental care and maintained a similar professional standard at its clinics all over the globe. Having treated over 30,000 patients from all over the world at their clinics with a high degree of success they would be happy to share the experiences along with contact details of consenting patients should anyone wish to verify Dentzz’s credibility. Here is a short glimpse of just a few of their happy customers.

All and said and done, this vitriolic attack against Dentzz by a blogger is not only unjust but is also sheer defamation amounting to a cybercrime. Not one to withstand such an attack silently, Dentzz has lodged a formal complaint with the Cyber Cell of the Crime Branch, CID who have contacted Google with a request to pull down the website. This is a strong and decisive move designed to send a message to those attacking Dentzz. You can read the complete order here.
